Executive Senior Scientist/Researcher: Overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing resources, and ensuring the company achieves its strategic goals.
1. Strategy and Planning: Work closely with the CEO and other C-level executives to develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and overall strategic objectives.
2. Operations Management: Oversee and optimize the company's operations, including research and development, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
4. Human Resources: Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff, as well as performance management,compensation, and employee relations to build and maintain a high-performing team.
5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to support the company's growth and market expansion.
6. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks to ensure the company's long-term success and stability.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to stem cell research, biotechnology, and business operations.
8. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure ongoing support and alignment of interests.
9. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by identifying and implementing best practices, new technologies, and operational efficiencies to enhance the company's performance.
10. Communication and Reporting: Clearly and effectively communicate operational and strategic updates to the board of directors, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Leader for any ongoing clinical trials, research and development activities.
1) Responsible for setting up, coordinating and leading clinical studies including optimize, improve and Finalizing trials protocol.
2) Responsible for overlooking all grant applications.
3) Responsible for the source for latest technology.
4) Responsible for advancing current technology
5) Responsible for development of new products
6) Responsible for searching for the latest industry updates and to conduct update meetings once a week.
5) To connect and widen companies networking with international researchers.
6) To attend International conferences if needed. Conference expenses are borne by the Company.
7) To assist the research team in scientific publications.
Lab cGMP supervisor
1) To oversee all cGMP lab related issues including maintenance, purchasing, stock count, audit, overseeing lab
3) To prepare and create valid documentation and to make sure all administrative work is up to date -master SOPs, validation protocols, generate master file and etc
3) Identify existing gap and to solve issues immediately:
4) To conduct training for GMP staff.
For Product awareness
1) To conduct product awareness talks
2) To conduct training for product awareness.
3) To be involved in providing USP for any sort of promotional materials in relation to the product.
4) To ensure scientific information delivered to the public is valid, no false claims are allowed.
5) To ensure team organize and execute events, roadshow in relation to promotion of the product or science related.
Key Requirements
- Education: Candidate must possess Doctorate/PHD, or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Campaign & Event Expertise: Familiar with advertising and promotional campaign execution, as well as event planning and coordination.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Must be confident, self-motivated, and extremely goals-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Leadership & Team Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop and maintain valuable relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, negotiate, and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
