  • Create, execute, and optimize EDM (Email Marketing) campaigns to boost open rates and click-through rates, driving conversions and customer retention.
  • Plan, manage, and launch targeted campaigns and promotions to achieve measurable business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
  • Utilize marketing tools such as WhatsApp blasting, SMS campaigns, WeChat Broadcast, and other communication platforms to reach and engage target audiences effectively
  • Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Strong translation skills with attention to cultural nuances.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok (Douyin), Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for marketing and digital trends.
  • Experience in leading and managing a marketing team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution of campaigns is preferred
