JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels across various departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and align with company culture.
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring status within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
2. LinkedIn Expertise & Content Creation:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced search tools to identify and approach passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain an active and engaging LinkedIn presence, showcasing job openings, company culture, and employee stories.
- Create compelling, on-brand content (posts, articles, videos) that highlights the organization’s values, culture, and career opportunities.
- Create and promote job postings on LinkedIn and other professional networks, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Engage with potential candidates by commenting, sharing relevant content, and building professional relationships
3. Employer Branding & Networking:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Promote company values and culture through regular LinkedIn posts, company updates, and employee features.
- Attend virtual and in-person networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract talent.
- Engage with employees to gather authentic stories and testimonials for recruitment and branding content
4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing, recruitment activities, and time-to-hire.
- Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment progress, challenges, and candidate engagement.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on data insights and market trends
5. Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, refine job descriptions, and ensure recruitment efforts align with team goals.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, interview processes, and best practices.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation (e.g., LinkedIn posts, videos, articles) and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of employer branding techniques and digital recruitment strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Advanced LinkedIn recruiting techniques (InMail, Boolean search, job posting, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and proactive approach to content creation and social media engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software.
- Certifications in recruiting, LinkedIn learning courses, or related HR certifications.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
