Job Purpose

The incumbent for this position shall ensure the achievement of sales, collection, and contribution margins as per the AOP for the region assigned. In addition, the incumbent shall grow sales volume further by opening more accounts.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Performance

· To work together with the Regional Manager to achieve the set sales target (by-product), contribution margins, and revenue as per AOP for the assigned region.

· To proactively visit the market regularly, defend our rightful market share, and grow volume in targeted areas as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Credit Management

· To ensure that all accounts assigned achieve the targeted credit aging as per the target set.

Supply Chain & Technical Support Coordination

· To provide accurate sales forecast to the Regional Manager for the accounts assigned.

· To work closely with technical support in handling customer complaints

Sales Management & Team Development

· To always comply with the sales management process from sales planning, meeting key targets, and submission of daily visit reports as set by the Regional Manager.

Market Intel

· To always understand the market by gathering market intelligence through face-to-face meetings, networking, newspapers, social media, etc; competitors’ pricing/products, services, and also on customer activities and to report to the Regional Manager accordingly.

Business Development

· To actively look for new business opportunities using the SPANCO tool religiously.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business Studies

Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and marketing

Analytical, communication, negotiation, decision making, IT literate, problem-solving.

Proactive, innovative, focused, self-motivated, team player, trustworthy, resilient.
