  • Manage and/or assist overall project activities development for multiple projects across all process, including initiation, execution monitoring, cost control and closure.
  • Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.
  • Evaluate and assess equipment and recommend designs for the project team integrating safety measures.
  • Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare vendor and subcontracting documents for multiple tasks and projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates, cost analysis and budgets for a project with projected forecasts.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time and completely handed over.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years and above working experience in the Interiors & Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
  • Required Language: English, Bahasa & Mandarin.
  • Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skill.
  • Have adequate knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction.
  • Must have articulate communication skills – verbal, pictorial, numerical – as relevant to the development process.
  • Must have leadership skill, demonstrated by confidence in self and others; ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well; ability to effectively influence actions and opinions of others.
  • Willing to travel extensively/work outstation.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; Saturday 8am to 2pm
