Main Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the camp.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
