We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Post-Basic Staff Nurse to join our Haemodialysis team. As a key member of the nursing staff, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing haemodialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for patient care, a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Haemodialysis Care: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care for patients undergoing haemodialysis, ensuring comfort and wellbeing throughout the process.
- Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment to assess vital signs, identify complications, and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Treatment Preparation: Set up and prepare haemodialysis machines, ensuring all equipment is sterile, functional, and compliant with safety standards.
- Clinical Skills: Administer medications as prescribed, assist with venous access, and manage the dialysis procedure with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, post-dialysis care, and lifestyle adjustments to improve their health outcomes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new advances in haemodialysis techniques, equipment, and best practices through continuous professional development and training.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, dietitians, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communication Across Branches: Collaborate effectively with other branches and departments to share information, best practices, and ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all clinical notes and documentation are completed according to healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Post-basic nursing qualification in Haemodialysis.
- Experience: Prior experience in a haemodialysis setting is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for patient care and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and locations.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and foster positive relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and patient safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
