Project/Product Engineer – Illuminate the City Skyline with Smart Lighting & IoT!

We are a leading, fast-growing company specializing in lighting and smart IoT systems. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project/Product Engineer to help drive the success of our projects and products. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Design & Engineering department, collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team, and contribute to the development of innovative, cost-effective lighting and smart IoT solutions. What You’ll Do:

As a Project/Product Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and managing our innovative lighting systems. We’ll trust you to:

• Conduct R&D on innovative lighting products and smart systems.
• Maintain smart IoT systems with top performance standards.
• Manage certifications, type-testing, and compliance with international standards.
• Stay updated on illumination trends and apply them to projects.
• Generate BOMs, ensure design compliance, and lead project meetings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and support clients with technical specifications.
• Prepare engineering documentation and provide support during installation and commissioning.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Assist sales with technical presentations, product demos, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the company.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas, with flexibility for outstation work.
• A team player with strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates with honors are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of lighting, IoT systems, and certifications.
• Experience with CAD software and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to deliver on time.
• A curious mindset, self-motivation, and a desire to learn new technologies.
