- Fully responsible for the management and operation of property projects to ensure timely completion with high-quality standards.
- Formulate project plans, define objectives, tasks, and progress, and effectively monitor and adjust as needed.
- Organize project teams, coordinate work between departments, and ensure smooth teamwork.
- Responsible for project cost control, formulate budgets, and supervise implementation to ensure completion within the budget.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with customers, partners, and relevant government departments.
- College Degree or higher, Majoring in Construction, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Able to converse in English well.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in property project management; experience in managing large-scale projects is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of engineering technology and project management; familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with strong team leadership abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure, able to adapt to high-intensity work environments.
