We’re seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and lead key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, recruitment, payroll management, and event coordination, with a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and current HR practices. Job Responsibility:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- In charge of salary pay out of all employee including but not limited to full time employee, part time employee, sub-con and ect
- In charge of payments of statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS within the time frame
- Assist in organising company events, such as teambuilding activities, annual dinner, monthly birthday celebration, fundraising activities and ect
- Create and maintain employee personal file to ensure the personal file are complete with necessary documents
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Human Resource Manager or other Human Resource Executive
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Familiar with Malaysian labor law, Industrial relation act and Current HR practices will be an added advantage
- Comfortable with math and calculations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
