Senior Waiter/Waitress (Captain) - MERITZ HOTEL

• Supervising the Waitstaff: Leading and managing a team of servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Customer Service: Greeting guests, assisting with seating, and ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and meets the hotel’s standards.
• Order Management: Taking and delivering food and drink orders, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring accurate and timely service.
• Training and Mentoring: Training new staff, providing guidance, and ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about the menu and service standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized.
• Handling Complaints and Special Requests: Addressing guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner.
• Ensuring Quality: Ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet the hotel’s quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
