Duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia

Working Hours & Day :
Mondays to Fridays : 8.00am - 5.00pm
(Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday- Possible depending on business needs)

Responsibilities:

  • Document Scrutiny and collection of application for Visa Processing.
  • Handle customer/applicants queries personally or via email/telephone.
  • Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into system with zero errors.
  • Ensure all administration and logistics of passport delivered.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in any related fields.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Arabic is plus point.
  • Good in customer service and customer oriented.
