Location: Level 10, West Block, Wisma Golden Eagle Realty, No. 142-A, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia
Working Hours & Day :
Mondays to Fridays : 8.00am - 5.00pm
(Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday- Possible depending on business needs)
Responsibilities:
- Document Scrutiny and collection of application for Visa Processing.
- Handle customer/applicants queries personally or via email/telephone.
- Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into system with zero errors.
- Ensure all administration and logistics of passport delivered.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in any related fields.
- Able to communicate well in English and Arabic is plus point.
- Good in customer service and customer oriented.
