  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Experience:

  • 3+ Years.

Job Purpose:

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of customer by supporting their day to day operational issues related to PC software and hardware, printer software and hardware and common applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Desktops/Laptops for Branches Nationwide
  • Perform 2nd and 3rd level support for Windows OS, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Active Directory
  • Perform system recovery/restoration upon system corruption or replacement of hard disk
  • Carry out installation of new computer and computer products inclusive of OS and in house applications
  • Perform refresh program for Personal computers, laptops and printers
  • Keep Desktop/printer inventory and perform hardware asset inventory
  • Work with 3rd party vendor for hardware repair, coordination, delivery and installation
  • Install Network equipment such as router and switches and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Install new servers and perform basic troubleshooting.

Accountability:

  • Field Service Operations.
  • Asset Management Compliance.

Supporting Activities:

  • Attend to tickets assigned
  • Attend to Projects and Service Requests assigned
  • Hands and Legs for Network, Wintel and IT Security.
  • IT Assets at Branches are updated in Asset Register
  • All disposed assets have Asset Disposal Checklist and GDISK done for pc and laptops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Banking Sector: 2 years (Required)
  • ISO - Field Service Engineer.: 2 years (Required)
  • 2nd and 3rd level support for Desktops/Laptops: 3 years (Required)
  • Level 2 & 3 support for Lotus Notes, Active Directory: 3 years (Preferred)
  • system recovery/restoration upon system corruption: 3 years (Preferred)
  • nstall Network equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
