Job description
- Welcoming guests at the store entrance.
- Recording the database of walk-in and online customers.
- Generating the daily customer graph report.
- Listing customer names according to segmentation.
- Assisting and providing solutions to customer issues.
- Ensuring that complaint cases are followed up and handled promptly.
- Contacting and answering all customer inquiries on every company social media platform promptly and accurately.
- Contacting customers to get the latest updates by checking in and offering promotional upgrades for items or offering them to become a Richvalet member.
- Responsible for ensuring that data and reports are updated daily accurately and correctly. (Daily Database Customer Graph) on Telegram.
- Always staying updated on the current gold prices.
- Making phone calls to 20 people every day.
- Recording customer data according to purchase value (RM1000/year, RM5000/year, RM10,000/year, RM20,000/year).
- Recording customer data according to their birthdates and sending birthday wishes
- Carrying out any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Introducing the company's services and products to customers and providing interior design consultation sessions to customers.
- Identifying three 'Sales Leads' to be used as primary references.
- Conducting a live session for only 1 hour and 30 minutes and following the live schedule that has been provided
- Stock counting every day.
- Achieving a target of RM5,000.00 every day.
- Implementing effective sales strategies together with other staff members.
- Always wearing jewelry items during live sessions, neatly and beautifully, in accordance with customer preferences.
- Always collaborating with all departments while performing tasks
- Prepared to address questions and inquiries from customers, whether walk-in or online.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently.
- Good fast learner and able to work as team.
- Willing to work Parit Raja (Johor)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
