Join Our NEW Merchandiser & Inventory Team!

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Merchandiser & Inventory Specialist, based in Penang (positions also available in Johor, Melaka & Perak).

You will frequently travel throughout the state for field merchandising activities and may periodically be assigned out-of-state assignments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are delivered on time, displayed effectively, promoted to increase sales, and maintained with accurate inventory records. You will also contribute to various ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous merchandising and/or inventory experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong willingness to work, learn and adapt
  • Willing to travel throughout the state and occasionally assign to other states
  • Must have your own car for work-related travel

Advantages If You Have:

  • Those with experienced as merchandiser may be offered senior position
  • Those with a valid commercial driving license (GDL) will be advantages
  • Those with experience in setting up and decorating event booths and participating in roadshows
  • Those who are willing and excited about traveling throughout Malaysia to work on merchandising projects

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute logistic and merchandising strategies
  • Deliver and receive products and merchandise
  • Manage inventory levels and restock shelves
  • Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement
  • Create and analyze merchandising reports
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer interactions
  • Assist with promotional activities and store setups
  • Taking re-orders and collecting payments
  • Liaise with vendors and clients
  • Adhere to company standards and execute additional tasks as needed
