Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Policy Development
Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks that align with the company’s vision and goals.
Develop HR strategies to support business objectives and growth plans.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
Create and execute onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
Oversee employee life cycle activities, including appraisals, promotions, and offboarding.
Culture & Employee Engagement
Act as a culture champion, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives.
Develop communication strategies to promote a positive and transparent work environment.
Performance Management & Development
Implement performance management systems and ensure fair evaluations.
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Manage employee benefits
Ensure HR policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
Introducing new employee benefits
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of HR experience, with exposure to the full HR spectrum.
- Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and processes.
- Experience in driving culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
