  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1.1 General

- Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365, active directory, endpoint, firewall, networking, website, ERP, CCTV, door access control system & photocopier.

- Responsible for the maintenance of network access, server structure, directory structure, user access and user profile in accordance with IT access policy.

- Ensure the security of data, policy, devices, and backup system up to date.

- Conduct periodic vulnerability assessment of the IT application systems, system management, network and communication infrastructure, and security infrastructure.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problem to the end-user.

- Perform fault analysis, classification, and troubleshooting of incidents through reports.

- Participate in other IT projects/ activities as assigned.

- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- To comply Company 5S Implementation.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.

1.2 Liaison with other Departments

- To liase with other department on matters pertaining to IT or Administration.

1.3 Work Environment

- To maintain a harmonious workplace and good housekeeping.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant working experience required.

- Possess a positive attitude, keen interest in the role and a desire to develop and progress in service delivery.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

- Good working knowledge of M365, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Windows operating systems configuration, troubleshooting & implementation.

- Good working knowledge of networking protocols, firewall, security & endpoint.

- Knowledge of VCisco, Mware, Backup solutions and SAN Storage is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
