  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Configure, operate, and maintain network devices and firewalls using industrial standard criteria
  • Respond and attend to issues related to network or storage raised up from manufacturing fiend.
  • Monitors the hardware to ensure it is properly maintained.
  • Maintain of related documentation and process definition on system changes as required.
  • Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
  • Responsible for doing necessary certification and training as needed by the company.
  • Generate network performance reports periodically, monitor, and analyze any network anomalies
  • Monitor provider network performance and traffic health reporting.
  • Plan, implement and test Disaster Recovery Plan related to servers.
  • Provide technical support on hardware/software-related issue.
  • Liaise with vendors or services providers on support services.
  • Carry out another special projects/task as assigned.
  • Attend to ad-hoc or emergency cases related to servers or IT generally.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in this field
  • Familiar with network protocols, routing and network security
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to standby after working hours
  • Willing to back onsite after working hours (if needed)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
