Accountabilities
- Generate/assist in creating relevant Quality documents related to specific project requirements. E.g., ITP (Inspection Test Plan), Inspection Checklist, Equipment Checklist, Hand Over Checklist and other required Quality-related documents.
- Ensure QA/QC related documentation (i.e. Work Method Statements, Project Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans) are approved prior to starting work on site.
- Preparing Material Receiving Inspection (MRI) & Request for Inspection (RFI) as per client requirement and making sure all document attached is legit and approved.
- Ensure all materials are comply to Clients's Requirement.
- Arrange for Client attendance for Material Receiving Inspections, Mock-Up Inspections, Unistruct Installation, Wall Panel Installation Inspection, Ceiling Installation and ESD Flooring Installation Inspection and Testing work.
- Develop mock-up certificate, rectification checklist for mock-up as per site installation for better workmanship in the future.
- Ensure all standards to perform inspections and testing are implemented; oversee all inspection and testing, and maintain high standards of quality during Construction and Installation.
- Ensure all Construction Observation Record (COR) issues are closed after being raised, recorded and tracked from QAM/Client Side.
- Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents and installation records are up to date.
- Attend Weekly QA/QC meetings with Subcontractors, Internally and Client.
- Updates and maintain project documentation tracking database/system.
- To prepare photo inspection report, summary report and checklist report for inspection.
- Plan, coordinate, manage and supervise project teams on the implementation of QAQC programs and ensure adherence to required standards and procedures.
- Identify and resolve potential risks related to quality control during the construction phase.
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are installed according to project specifications, design documents, and manufacturer recommendations.
Background:
- Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC and Mechanical Installation
- Good knowledge in Mechanical-HVAC System and Thermodynamics.
- Good working knowledge of ACAD, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to relocate / travel according to project needs.
- Have own transportation.
