Main Objectives of the job:

1. Continuously develop business in the defined sales region.

2. Position strategically well for long term success.

3. Increase Sales and Market share of filter component segment in the country responsibility.

4. Develop marketing & sales plans for the whole country.

5. Actively participate in the sales and marketing activities and meetings.

Tasks:

1. Increase Sales and market share of filter components / process filtration in country responsibility

2. Build up and maintain good relationships to our customers and partners, based on trust, fairness and mutual understanding. Understand the specific needs of the customers

3. Develop Sales & Marketing plans for components / process filtration business according to the customer needs and in line with our capabilities.

4. Review, update and implement the Sales plan in co-operation with Country manager. Convey these plans into actions and carry them out.

5. Develop and maintain price structure for the country, maintaining a good sales margin. Generate value added offerings for our Customers.

6. Identify new opportunities in the country. Collect information about the markets and react accordingly. Distribute that information to Sefar Management if necessary.

7. Constantly monitor and update the information about customer needs and competitors;

8. Minimize accounts receivables; anticipate risk of loss by taking appropriate measures.

9. Take leading role of marketing and sales actions (including Exhibitions) of the components / process filtration segment

10. Other assignment as required by the Business Unit Manager and Country manager

Responsibility:

  • Drive Sales Activities of components / process filtration in the country responsibility
  • Drive to achieve the agreed budget and objectives
  • Balance business risks as much as possible;

e.g. minimize risks of bad Department and obsolete stock

  • Develop and independently manage the components / process filtration sales plan and activity that covers: field sales action plan, sales targets, customer visits, Presentation, Proposals, Negotiations, Contract Term.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
