1) Payroll Management & Processing
- Manage monthly payroll calculation & processing accurately that are in accordance with latest legal legislative requirements in Malaysia.
- Provide monthly payroll summary and management reports i.e. Payment Report Summaries – basic, overtime, allowances, claims, BIK etc.
- Monthly leave application and tracking.
- Provide monthly salary bank remittance file.
- Provide monthly statutory contribution report & load files (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF Levy).
- Provide monthly e-payslips.
- Provide year end payroll processing and reports i.e EA Forms, Full year summary report incl. leave reports, Preparation of Employer Return (Borang E & CP8D), Annual bonus issuance, Employee Salary Increment
2) Records Management
- Personnel Employment Contracts
- Employee Letters (e.g. promotion, job offer, salary changes, disciplinary etc.).
- Personnel Documents & Records.
- Professional Development Records.
- HR Documents (company policies & internal memos).
- Registration with statutory bodies: EPF, SOCSO, LHDN.
- Company Organization Chart
Job Requirements: -
- Diploma/Degree in any related field, or equivalent work experience. SPM leavers can still be considered.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new things.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office function.
- Able to travel to Cheras & Cameron Highland once/month.
Additional Details: -
- Salary Range: Up to RM3,500.00
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
