Controlling Senior Specialist

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

• Owns the financial reporting and including the annual/ quarterly budgeting and forecasting in a timely manner.
• Owns Corporate Function month end closing activities and financial management reporting with analysis & ad hoc analysis.
• Support migration projects and finance master data maintenance.
• Support and drive Corporate Function with cost saving reporting and analysis.
• Involve in monthly intercompany charge out based on Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Ensure appropriate information, communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders (E.g. Management board, region heads, function heads etc.).
• Participate in process standardization and continuous improvement projects .

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
• Experience with 3-5 years relevant experience from MNC or manufacturing environment/ GBS setup.
• SAP background; Controlling experiences (i.e FP&A, Management Reporting etc.)
• Required Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI and SAP is an added advantage
• Good to have: General Ledger / Audit / Forecasting experience
• Required language(s): English (Strong) and Mandarin or other language is added advantage.
• Good communication & presentation skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, Self driven and attention to details.
