Your new role:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop financial strategies aligning with business goals, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting process and financial forecasting, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• IT Strategy Development: Lead IT strategy development and implementation, enhancing operational efficiency and innovation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and regional teams for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, MIA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in finance roles, with FMCG/Manufacturing sector background.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in financial and IT management software.
