Responsible to cook daily staff meal for outlet staff and HQ executive staff.
Coordinates with the driver and production staff to ensure goods are delivered on time to all stores.
Promptly report the raw food material quality or shortage problems to CK
Ensure the production facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in working condition at all times.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the CK
To have initiative to conduct regular check and monitor the refrigeration temperature control points.
Submit order lists to purchasing to raise POs.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and handling standards at all times.
Prepare daily staff meal for outlets & office.
Perform all other tasks assigned by the CK Manager.
Working hours: 7.30 am until 4.30 pm
Skills: Clean, punctual, committed, creative and good in cooking daily
