- Responsible to cook daily staff meal for outlet staff and HQ executive staff.
- Coordinates with the driver and production staff to ensure goods are delivered on time to all stores.
- Promptly report the raw food material quality or shortage problems to CK
- Ensure the production facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in working condition at all times.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the CK
- To have initiative to conduct regular check and monitor the refrigeration temperature control points.
- Submit order lists to purchasing to raise POs.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and handling standards at all times.
- Prepare daily staff meal for outlets & office.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the CK Manager.
- Working hours: 7.30 am until 4.30 pm
- Skills: Clean, punctual, committed, creative and good in cooking daily
