Assistant SMT Manager

• Manage and optimize SMT assembly processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
• Oversee SMT equipment maintenance, calibration, and upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain compliance with industry standards and improve yield rates.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians, providing training on processes and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Act as a technical expert, resolving complex issues and integrating best practices into operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• SMT: 5 years (Preferred)
• PCBA: 5 years (Preferred)
