Role Description

  • This is a contract hybrid role for a Security Support Engineer at Mesiniaga Berhad.
  • The Security Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring the security of operating systems.
  • The Security Support Engineer will also need to handle customers' calls and manage the vendors and their coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Possess at least a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in security engineering and operations support.
  • Hands-on experience in IT Security Solutions such as APT, IPS, Web Proxy, Email Gateway, PAM, VPN, TIP, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
