We are looking for Human Resources & Admin Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks, foreign worker administration and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Managing employee separation processes
  • To manage foreign worker administration
  • To prepare reports, letters and documents related to administration
  • Manage procurement of office supplies (stationeries, sundries & equipment)
  • Monitor office cleanliness and facilities conditions, calling to appointed contractors for repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Manage travel arrangements, i.e. flight and accommodation
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take message and routing correspondence.
  • Any other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Human Resource and Administration field
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, SQL payroll system and any HRIS/Attendance system will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
