We are looking for Human Resources & Admin Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks, foreign worker administration and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Managing employee separation processes
- To manage foreign worker administration
- To prepare reports, letters and documents related to administration
- Manage procurement of office supplies (stationeries, sundries & equipment)
- Monitor office cleanliness and facilities conditions, calling to appointed contractors for repairs and maintenance requirements
- Manage travel arrangements, i.e. flight and accommodation
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take message and routing correspondence.
- Any other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Human Resource and Administration field
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, SQL payroll system and any HRIS/Attendance system will be an added advantage.
- Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
