JOB DETAILS
Position: HR and Admin Coordinator
Industry: Supplier of premium quality fresh farm produce
Working Hours/Day: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday) (no OT)
Working Duration: 3 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Working Location: Alam Damai, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary HR and Admin Coordinator to support our HR department in preparing for outsourcing HR operational and functional work. The ideal candidate will also assist in managing our internship program, compiling databases, organizing meetings, conducting employee surveys, and handling various HR and administrative tasks.
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with internship program management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience with data compilation and database management tools.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and internship program management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
