QA Engineer

Job Description

• To motivate and lead a QA team to achieve the target that set by the department head/Company.
• To liaise with customer and internal team on quality related issues.
• Implementation and monitoring of parts on quality improvement activities.
• Support and motivate subordinates by providing guidance and advice.
• Handling customer claim and supplier problem.
• Responsible to customer complaints and minimize the problem.
• To ensure applicable incoming parts inspection are inspected.
• To ensure in-process and outgoing parts inspection are inspected.
• Follow-up the quality feedback and monitor effectiveness of countermeasure reply.

Job Qualification

• At least Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as QA Engineer in plastic injection industry.
• Strong knowledge in quality solving skills, leadership skills and also auditing skills.
• Well-versed at the 7QC Tools, SPC, 8D problem solving skill, MSA & FMEA.
• Good in MS Office application skills (Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
• Well-versed in handling measurement equipment skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
