Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a day-to-day compensation and benefits interface for the assigned business including Clevel,people team members, Head of Divisions, Line Managers
  • Partner with HRBPs, finance, legal and relevant business units on various C&B processes to identify and lead new initiatives
  • Ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy and direction for the line of business
  • Stay current on HR analytics trends and technologies, recommending and implementing new tools and processes to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Review & improve Compensation Policy & Process.
  • Develop and drive the implementation of group human resources policies and procedures relating to remuneration, employee relations, human resources plan and budget.
  • Propose suitable continuous improvement projects which related to HR.
  • Monitor & ensure all improvement projects being executive with the timeframe.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks which being assigned by the superior / management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor / Masters degree required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics.
  • At least have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality, particularly on sensitive matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrates extreme tact.
  • Excellent analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
