Major Action and Responsibility
· To implement control system and project development to operate efficiently.
· To expedite software programming according to schedule.
· Liaise with other department during commissioning.
· Compilation and documentation on tested program and data.
· To ensure PLC parts well received according to schedule.
· New PLC parts setting and configuration.
· Monitoring and propose process interlocking to production.
· Trouble-shooting for automation system breakdown after office hour/on-call.
· Maintain spare parts item at minimum level, not limited to stock inventory.
· Prepare user manual for plant owner on new, minor & modified system.
· Minimize downtime based on man-hour per month.
· Conduct training on improved system to end user.
c) Research on control system program communication and configuration to improve the current control system.
d) Conduct training to electrician, instrument staff and production staff on PLC basic knowledge.
e) Ensure automation system safety in plant operation and maintenance.
f) Execute switchboard inspection, part collection, site visit, installation & testing outside factory area such as foundry, workshop, branch office, branch factory, customer site and etc or any jobs related to work which instructed by Manager.
g) To support the implementation of the Company Food Safety system.
h) To perform any duties assigned from time to time in alignment to company goals and objectives
Qualification:
Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Preferred 2 years in PLC Automation Programming & PC maintenance.
Skills: Candidate who is able to plan, organize & monitor Automation System set up for project. Develop & modify process software programming according to user requirement.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
