  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

In your new role you will:
  • Creating engineering strategies, setting goals, and developing implementation plans
  • Technical lead for the global function team for Wafer test Technology projects within global and functional portfolio
  • Driving new test concepts development and test engineering support with Business Division
  • Technical lead to hold bilateral discussion with Division Test Engineering Directors for the discussion on both strategic topic and technical discussion
  • Hands-on to work on the technical topic such as test program/hardware development
  • Driving process improvements, and working to improve engineering application processes
  • Resolving escalations and helping teams navigate through constraint sand challenges
    • Provide mentoring and sources (internal and external) to develop and retain best test technical know-how


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing and familiar with Power WBG or Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Strong understanding in frontend wafer test process and production operation
  • Knowledgeable in developing wafer probe card hardware and have a good understanding of schematic diagrams and component symbols, as well as in scripting, C, C++ and Visual Basic
  • Good aptitude in statistical data analysis, problem solving and solution finding
  • Must exhibit pro-activeness with high ability of self-management, positive attitude, and a team player
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
