About the Job
The role is responsible to achieve the sales and income targets by identifying own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of products sold and assigned by the Company.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively contact assigned customers and develop sales opportunities for existing and new products.
- Monitor individual customers’ on-going sales.
- Answer product/service-related questions as appropriate and initiate orders in accordance with established procedures.
- Establish good rapport with the various Lapp & PXC organizations and liaise with them on customers’ needs.
- Work with the Marketing Executive on sales plans and product seminars from time to time.
- Establish healthy customer relations via CRM & provide efficient and effective service/support in accordance to the service standards set so as to maintain the customers’ confidence in the reputation of the products offered by the Company.
- Prepare product costing & to work out quotations for customers.
- Attend customers' complaints and enquiries with professionalism & integrity.
- Submit periodic sales report & activities plan with the most updated order closing date, & report problems encountered on a regular basis.
- Gather market information, where possible, so as to keep the Company updated on competitors’ movements & the Company’s position in the market.
- Be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trends and new products launched by competitors.
- Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork within the indoor sales team.
- Responsible for compliance with the Group’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and safe work procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
