- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide accurate product information and excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to drive sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns.
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
- RM4000 - 8000 included basic salary + commission + allowances + incentives
