- Handle customer inquiries regarding mobile plans, billing, and usage via inbound call, email and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, network connectivity, or SIM activation.
- Guide customers through service activations, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in managing their accounts, including payments, billing disputes, and plan changes.
- Update customer profiles with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Welcome Fresh Graduate (Minimum SPM).
- Excellent in verbal and written English and Malay communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency:Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online chat tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Willing relocate in Petaling Jaya.
- Willing work in Rotational Shift.
- 5 working days (Rotational Shift).
