- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents despatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Other ad-hoc admin duties.
- Working Hour : 10am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) , 10am to 2pm (Saturday)Off : Sunday & Public Holiday
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
