Menu Knowledge:
- Prepare menu items following standard recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
Food Safety and Cleanliness:
- Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene practices, including halal food storage and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times, ensuring utensils and ingredients are stored properly.
Cooking Skills:
- Prepare food using various cooking methods, ensuring each dish is perfectly cooked.
- Consistently produce quality dishes that meet presentation and taste standards.
Time Management:
- Work efficiently to complete dishes on time during peak hours.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are completed quickly without compromising quality.
Teamwork and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Help team members during busy times and maintain a positive work environment.
Accuracy and Consistency:
- Present dishes according to established standards.
- Follow recipes precisely and maintain portion sizes to prevent waste.
Adaptability:
- Adapt to menu changes and handle unexpected challenges with professionalism.
- Remain calm and efficient in the face of unforeseen challenges or high-pressure moments.
Attendance and Punctuality:
- Maintain excellent attendance, arriving on time for all scheduled shifts.
