1. Food Quality & Presentation

• Prepare dishes consistently according to Dandy’s quality and appearance standards.
• Follow standard recipes closely to ensure consistent taste and portion sizes.

2. Time Management

• Ensure dishes are prepared and delivered on time.
• Organize your tasks effectively to avoid delays and make sure guests don’t experience any wait time.

3. Team Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen team members, including line cooks and trainees, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Help and support your colleagues, especially during busy times.
• Create a positive and respectful work environment with good communication.

4. Quality Control

• Always follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
• Minimize food waste by using ingredients carefully and controlling portion sizes.

5. Creativity & Innovation

• Suggest new ideas for the menu and contribute creative dishes that align with Dandy’s vision.
• Solve problems quickly and effectively, maintaining quality and speed, especially during difficult situations in the kitchen.

6. Adaptability

• Be flexible and take on different tasks, including adapting to changes in menus or kitchen requirements.
• Perform well under pressure, especially during busy times, without compromising the quality or cleanliness of your work.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
