IT Project Manager

• To take on projects independently with minimal supervision from Project Lead, with or without assistance of a Junior Project Manager.
• Able to guide the Junior Project Managers in terms of basic project management skills.
• Participate in post mortem reporting to continuously evaluate and improve project processes via, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Follow the scope of a project that goes from the proposal stage to the technical work up (user flow diagrams) and finally to the delivery of the web product.
• Participate in the initial conception stage along with a client to better meet the needs of the customer and to translate those expectations to employees.
• Design solutions for customer problems related to their corporate identity, operations or other customised applications issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the design process of a website by working with a team of graphic designers, content producers and web developers both internal and external.
• Possess good UIUX understanding to demonstrate and receive feedback on prototypes.
• Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a special project by implementing testing processes and working with technical staff to address any issues.
• Supervise a team of web professionals (in house and outsource) by developing effective training procedures, appropriate task assignments, positive customer experiences and top-quality control processes.
• Aim to meet all project goals within the specified budget of the client and the organization; adjust practices to reflect cost saving measures.
• Generate periodic project status reports, detail data, tasks and processes to be presented to the Head of Project.
• Develop additional skills, certifications, and other banks of knowledge in the Internet and App industry by attending professional conferences, leading seminars with colleagues and keeping all relative qualifications and certificates up to date.
• Take on new and unproven tasks to develop new business ideas and opportunities that help lead the company to future success.
• To ensure a consistently high standard of client servicing and meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress.
• Keeping up to date with recent technology and software developments in order to understand concepts related to day-to-day operation of client’s e-commerce ecosystem.
• Proficiently execute and manage platform configurations to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Master the intricacies of platform settings, customization options, and features to meet specific project/client requirements.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of all platform configurations for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Develop and manage project plans, outlining project milestones, tasks, and timelines
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies, adapting approaches to suit the unique requirements of each project.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira to update, track, and document recommended solutions and ideas.

• 4 years of experience and above in project management.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science /IT / Software Engineering or any related field.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess negotiation, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
