Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:

  • Design and deliver courses on leadership topics, such as organizational leadership, transformational leadership, ethical leadership, and leadership in diverse and global contexts.
  • Create and update engaging course materials that blend theory and practice.
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students, ensuring their personal and professional growth.

Research and Scholarly Activity:

  • Conduct impactful research in leadership studies, contributing to academic journals, conferences, and public discourse.
  • Lead or collaborate on research projects that advance understanding of leadership in various contexts, including corporate, public sector, and non-profit organizations.
  • Supervise student research projects and theses in leadership-related areas.

Industry and Community Engagement:

  • Foster connections with industry professionals to bring practical leadership experiences into the classroom.
  • Organize and participate in leadership seminars, workshops, and forums for students and community stakeholders.
  • Act as a resource for leadership development programs in collaboration with organizations or local communities.

Institutional Contributions:

  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional events.
  • Support leadership-focused initiatives and contribute to the strategic goals of the institution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary approaches to leadership education.

Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Behavior or Management is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles (team management, project leadership or executive roles).
  • Experience as a leadership coach, mentor or consultant.
