JOB PURPOSE

  • To have a responsible PIC to manage the POD return process in Dispatch Department.
  • To involve and support future E-Invoice, EPOD projects.
  • To lead bottom-line projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full POD (Proof of Delivery) function
  • Ensure signed POD’s are received for every delivery
  • Collection of POD’s and trip sheets
  • Ensure that trip numbers are recorded on the POD’s
  • Load POD’s on electronic systems and keep the necessary copies/proof.
  • Ensure diversion information is recorded by the driver on the POD
  • Record all the info on the POD’s on a schedule /register for submission to revenue clerk and receive signed proof of submission which must be filed
  • Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
  • Various other daily duties
  • Copying, Filing, Faxing, Data capturing on various systems
  • Delivery Trip – Zyllem EPOD, ensure trips are delivered and completed fully and accurately daily by Transporter, signed off by Transporter in Zyllem
  • Client services liaison – related to POD
  • Ensure good customer relations in daily interaction
  • System: SAP / ZP Dashboard / Zyllem; check input accuracy by Transporter – correct date and time, POD number, driver information, vehicle information and other delivery information
  • Capturing of delays relating to vehicle breakdowns, customer delays, traffic, loading delays, factory breakdowns and other Print delivery schedule daily and sign off, in confirmation that it is accurate and complete

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3-4 years experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of warehousing operations, with focus on outbound and floor operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
