Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Experience
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and site development
- Deep understanding of all phases of construction, from pre-construction to post-construction, with expertise in project planning, execution, and final delivery.
- A dynamic, responsible, and passionate landscape architect, dedicated to achieve outstanding project results and ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external project teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting to Project Manager & Management Team:
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Management Team on project progress, all related documentation updates, design changes leading to cost impact, site issues, and problems, along with proposed solutions
2. Project Oversight:
Accountable for overseeing all documentation and record-keeping throughout the project cycle, including pre-award, execution, and completion phases. Responsibilities include managing official correspondence, preparing and submitting reports and drawings, coordinating sample and material submissions, and participating in project meetings
3. Profitability Optimization:
Assist the internal team in monitoring and updating items that may lead to cost impacts, while implementing on-site strategies to maximize profit margins without compromising on the quality of work.
4. Client Liaison:
Manage and communicate daily with the External Project Team (clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and others) on project requests. This includes taking briefs, new task, gathering requirements, compiling information, updating the team via email or WhatsApp, and following up on items that need responses.
5. Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both Internal and External Project Teams involved in project matters to encourage collaboration and support.
6. Meeting Attendance:
Attend and contribute to all project-related meetings, including coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews, to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all landscaping projects meet local regulations, established procedures, and environmental standards
8. Other Responsibilities:
Take on any extra duties assigned by the Project Manager and assist the team as needed.
