Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, and developers.
- Actively seek out new sales leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Promote and sell a variety of construction products, materials, services, or solutions offered by the company, ensuring they meet the clients’ needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and stay ahead of market demands.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including client interactions, follow-ups, and sales forecasts. Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:
