  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Responsible for the planning, organizing, leading & controlling of all MC function (MC Operation, MC Admin, Coordinate Complaints & liaise with relevant contractors) relating to MC.

2. Responsible for the overall maintenance service operation at MC, which include but not limited to building maintenance, cleanliness maintenance of facilities / common arears, car parks, swimming pool maintenance and other related services.

3. Responsible to Plan, organize and lead the overall MC/MS/SS operation of MC to achieve BOD’s mission, vision & budget. This include, but not limited to manpower, equipment & material planning while ensuring strict cost control to guarantee confirmation.

4. Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the company MC operation.

5. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

6. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-

a) The specified policies and procedures

b) The requirements of ISO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
