JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Education: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Requiredlanguage(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years working experience in hotel/restaurant
  • Able to work under pressure and supervise junior staff with respect during stress moments
  • Able to perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager-on-Duty in the absence of essential staff to serve and manage peak hours

JOB RESPOBSIBILITIES:

  • Strong supervision of junior staffs during peak hours to deliver quick service and order delivery to customer
  • To work under pressure and supervise junior staff with respect during stress moments
  • Co-ordinate with BOH staff on daily basic menu/new menu or special promotional menu for a fixed period
  • To perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager-on-Duty in the absence of essential staff to serve and manage peak hours
  • Assist F&B Assistant reset table to minimize waiting time in food service as well as producing sales order in the POS system
  • Ensure food served according to description given in the menu and treat hot food safely on table before guest
