Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, & live chat
  • Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours:

  • 5 days work & 2 days off on rotation
  • The earliest shift starts at 8AM, the last shift ends at 11PM
  • 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)

Salary Package:

  • Basic salary is RM2,000
  • KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500
  • Additional allowances for Mandarin Speaker: Rm800

Job Types:

  • Contract Job (24 months)
