Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, & live chat
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM
- Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Working Hours:
- 5 days work & 2 days off on rotation
- The earliest shift starts at 8AM, the last shift ends at 11PM
- 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)
Salary Package:
- Basic salary is RM2,000
- KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500
- Additional allowances for Mandarin Speaker: Rm800
Job Types:
