HR and Admin Manager

Responsibilities:

• All HR duties including recruitment, maintaining personnel files, keeping leave records, collating payroll information – KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (attendance, unpaid leave etc), employee benefits and welfare, etc.
• Manage and perform the HR functions within the company. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Government labor legislation and regulations.
• Keep track of employees movement and prepare related documents. e.g., confirmation letter, promotion letter, appointment letters and etc.
• Handling ad-hoc or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time.
• Apply for employment passes, work permits and related passes for expatriate/foreign workers and ensure compliance with government/legal HR requirements.
• Administer office needs such as office stationeries, office administration activities such as office license yearly renewal etc.
• Any other HR duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

• At least a Diploma in relevant field
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

• Kampung Wadihana, Johor Bahru.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
