Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive business growth by connecting clients with our software solutions while offering top-notch technical support. This role is perfect for someone who combines sales acumen with a solid understanding of software development and client success.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of software solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software products or custom solutions.
  • Demonstrate software capabilities through presentations and demos.
  • Build and execute strategies to expand our software client base.

2. Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level support for clients using our software products.
  • Assist with software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address complex issues or feature requests.

3. Client Success:

  • Train clients to maximize the value of our software solutions.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upgrades or additional services.
  • Collect and communicate client feedback to guide product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in software sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Technical knowledge of software development processes, tools, or frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical features into client-focused benefits.

Preferred Skills:

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and relationships.
  • Familiarity with software development tools (e.g, version control, APIs, or specific programming languages) is a plus
