- Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
- Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening to customer's request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detail explanation of repair orders.
- Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
- Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time.
- Carry out optimum quality check on all vehicles before delivery back to customer.
- Responsible for the effective participation on special service campaigns, fix-it-right program, follow-up, parts back orders and regular update on major jobs.
- Carry yourself with tidy grooming & professional appearance.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management/superior.
Requirement
- A minimum qualification of SKM ll or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Salary will be commensurate with working experience/qualification.
- Strong communication skills and have professional personal appearance.
- Team player with initiative and positive attitude toward learning.
- Possess own transportation and own valid āDā driving license.
- Good command in written & spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start immediately is an advantage.
- Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
