Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Represent our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives.
  • Report to the business development manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Excell, Power point, Communication skills, Direct Marketing, Market Research, Marketing, Negotiation Skills, Sales, Sales Reporting, Telemarketing
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
